What is the Subscription and how does it work?
The Software Subscription is designed for professional users so they can always be up-to-date with the latest products and technologies. It is valid for one year and includes all minor and major version upgrades for the subscription period.
The yearly Subscription is the most cost-effective solution to always have the latest and most powerful versions with all improvements and new features. You will get all new releases (major, minor) and upgrades for free!
Can I cancel the Subscription?
Yes, you can cancel the subscription anytime.
What is the price of Subscription renewal?
We will send you a subscription renewal notification shortly before the expiration date. The yearly subscription renewal will cost approximately 20% of the original price and you will receive all major upgrades for another year.
What is a Single/Site License?
- Single license (Hardware Lock) means that a copy of the software is allowed to be used only on a single computer and only by a single user at a time.
- Site (Company) license (No Hardware Lock) means that the software is allowed to be used without limitation (no limit, no hardware lock) on count of installations or users within one organization or company.
What is a Ultimate Site License?
Ultimate license includes all products. If you buy an ultimate license you will get license for all products an and hardware lock. Our products are: BI Studio, Database Master, File Master, Script Master
Purchased licenses are delivered by email. When you receive the license file, copy the license file into the application ..\Bin folder or start the application, click Main Menu -> Help Menu -> Activate Item and activate the product.
